The Training Grounds is a selectable area in Amnesia: The Bunker. It is playable by being selected in the game's main menu. The Training Grounds are an outdoor section of the French bunker that allow the player to practice with many weapons and items, without any fear of enemies—such as the Beast, Rats or the Shotgunner.

Summary

The training grounds allows practice of items, including the following:

• The revolver
• The shotgun
• The fragmentation grenades
• The gas grenades
• The lighter
• The petrol bombs
• The fuel canisters

The map also features an obstacle course, with many targets marked with a red "X." Once the player enters the course, a timer begins. The timer fades away when the player leaves the course.
