The SS Hortensia was the ship upon which Daniel sailed back to Great Britain from Algiers, after encountering an Orb in the Tomb of Tin Hinan while on an expedition with the British Museum.[1] The ship is mentioned and described in Amnesia: The Dark Descent, in a number of loading screens.
