Rashid was hired along with several other workers by Professor Herbert to serve as diggers for his archaeological expedition to the Algerian desert.[1] He was specifically tasked by the Professor to mark out routes to the machine in the the Hunting Grounds with white paint.[1] Rashid’s ultimate fate is unclear, but it is most likely that he was killed by the Shadow along with the rest of the expedition.
