The pillbox key is a puzzle item in Amnesia: The Bunker. It can be used to access the pillbox. The key is found in the confession booth in the Chapel. Once the key is used, access will be granted to a room with a ladder that leads up to the pillbox. This room is also connected to an adjacent locked room, with the shared wall being blocked by wood.
