Penicillin is a cut item from Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs.

It's unknown why it was removed from the game in the first place as no confirmation was given on the reason, but it was supposed to decrease Infection (a cut mechanic from the game) by two levels, while Laudanum (another cut item from Machine for Pigs) decreases it by one level.
