Non, c'est trop! is achieved by exiting the game early. This can be reliably done by pausing the game and returning to the main menu[And exiting the game proper also? Please check.] after Henri Clement witnesses the death of Soldat Boisrond in the kitchen storeroom, shortly after waking up, at the hands of the Stalker.
