The Morgue is a side room of the Cistern Entrance, where dead bodies are stored.

The Morgue was used by Alexander of Brennenburg to deposit corpses, possibly using them for study such as body on the table. It could've also been used to demoralize and terrify Alexander's test subjects, like the man in the Flashback.

A note on a nearby table explains that a transfusion of blood from a person who has already had the vaccine will provide enough protection to pass throught the sewers unharmed by the fungi.
In order to get the vaccinated blood, You must use the hand drill to bore into the skull of the deceased lying on the morgue table. (This breaks the Hand Drill). After that you need to assemble a syringe using the Hollow Needle (You already have it from earlier in the game), and a copper tube (Found in the Morgue room, on the other side of the main hallway). Use the assembled syringe on the corpse, and then use (click) it to inject yourself.
Once you have been vaccinated, Attempting the leave the room will cause The door to be broken down by a Brute. You can avoid it by retreating into one of the two nearby adjoined rooms. (Note: The side room will drain sanity due to being filled with corpses, even if nearby to a light source)
