Jacob "Jakob" Williams is a one of Herbert's followers, that were to find the Tomb of Tin Hinan in Algeria where the orb is located in, and with his formal acquaintance Daniel.

In the early 1837 Jacob was an american investigative journalist and a photographer, Who lives in the united states of america with his wife and two daughters. But in 1839 he joined a person named herbert for the discovery of the Tomb of Tin Hinan. Later then jacob made of tape recorders while in search in Algeria to make some evidences to the world of some strange tomb thing. later returns to america for some important data in the files and papers. Then later after an hour, jacob died in his office from the amnesia virus due to the smell of the Amnesia Drink in his desk.
