The injector is an endgame puzzle item in Amnesia: Rebirth. It is required to achieve the "Iconoclast" ending, in which Tasi overthrows the Empress and sabotage the Other World's vitae extraction complex keeping her alive.

The injector is a syringe-like device. It is used to inject the Vitae extraction pipes with the Shadow fluid in the capsules, the capsules and injector were used by anti-Imperial saboteurs within Tihana's Empire, who wished to end the endless, mechanized, mass-scale torture of humans for the industrial production of Vitae to power the civilization. The residue extraction would, once added to the vitae-carrying lines, propagate along the entire system and destroy it from within, killing Empress Tihana. Tasi Trianon finds the injector and a set of four individual capsules.
The injector is found in the lower factory next to the corpse of Taina. It is impossible to progress without them. Tasi has to inject one of the capsules to escape the factory by destroying a small network of the pipelines by way of injecting the fluid by way of a maintenance valve
