- The Compass – An item supposedly found in the Fortress Courtyard.
- The canteen – A container item for the resource of water.
- Bandage – Two resource item versions, presumably to restore health.
- Medkit – Possibly either a resource item, to restore health directly, or a container item, for the resource of bandages that restore health.

- Sand Lurker – A desert creature that dwells underground.
