Altruist is an achievement in the Steam and Xbox versions of the game Amnesia: Rebirth. In the Playstation version, it exists as a bronze Trophy. Altruist is a missable campaign achievement, gained by performing unusual actions in game to result in a particular game ending.

Altruist is achieved by proceeding to The Factory without torturing and killing the torture victim in The Laboratory.
